Is it common to lie to your child(ren) about the faith of the mother if she is Christian in Egypt?
Scenerio:
Father is an Egyptian Muslim, mother is a foreign Christian, child 4 year old Muslim. Now the father wants to lie to his child and wants the mother to go along with it, implying that it will bring shame to the child if anyone knows the Mother is still a Christian. So its best to pretend you are a Muslim revert mother to your Muslim child because otherwise the child will feel shame.

lie is a lie and its not good to give such example to anybody, specially own children
