The translation of the Quran I read was a very new and modern one, and I found a lot of things I had always believed in. And, to my surprise, I found that Muslims believe in Jesus (PBUH) as a prophet, too. After I read the Quran I started to attend the meetings of Arabic women at the local mosque and converted soon after when an Imam from Cairo was there for a lecture. My female witnesses and the Imam started to cry when I said the Shahada and everybody asked me whether I was feeling different now that I had converted. Many of the converts I know had never believed in God, never believed in the existence of angels before they embraced Islam, thus they made a new experience and felt different. I didn't because I had always been very spiritual and converting did not make me feel as if I had been a different person now. I did not wear hijab, though. Now that I live in the Emirates I wear the traditional long black abaya as women in the Gulf states do and a headscarf, sometimes I also wear a dress with trousers (Pakistani style), but when I travel to Europe I dress Western style and do not wear hijab. Although I am a muslim, I feel strange wearing hijab in Europe - but I would feel just as strange not wearing it in the Emirates. My husband, who is a very strict muslim, always shakes his head about that, but he has given up to convince me to wear hijab while travelling in Europe. And people who try to tell me I am a bad muslim because of that I just ignore - because I know that my faith is strong and it does not depend on a hijab. I have my daily conversations with God, and He has answered so many of my prayers ... even if I pray without wearing a hijab! My husband, who prays more than 5 times a day, always asks me to pray for him too, as Allah seems to listen to me more than to him. I am just using the power of mind - visualization. As Jesus (PBUH) taught us: If you pray for something imagine you already received it and thank for it - then you will really receive it. That's how I "received" my husband 10 years ago. I don't know if the sentence above is translated correctly - I have no Bible in English here, but the meaning is about the same. I have my MA in English, but sometimes I have problems in finding the right words.

No, not necessarily true, you are not an enemy of god if you are non Muslim. The verse you quoted doesn’t talk about non Muslims; it talked about those who wage ware against Allah, and his messenger, and those who strive for mischief through the land
You have to WAGE ware against Allah and desire a mischief to deserve this punishment,
If you live in peace with yourself and your neighbors, not fighting Muslims and not do all those evil things to harm Muslims, then no one can touch you, on the contrary, a Muslim is even obligated to protect you and run to your aid when you ask for it.

When the message that you keep bragging about and say this is the only thing jesses said, is incomplete and with so many things omitted in it it leave allot of room for addition you brag about the LOVE message , and say that Jesus said Love your neighbor and love your enemies, you didn’t tell us what did he say about protecting yourself You say Jesses told you when someone slap you on the right cheek, You changed it completely and made it very passive, Just turn the left cheeck for him ? When your effort is totally directed towards destroying my beliefs, and dropping bombs on my land, and turning my wife into a prostitute (like yours). Can you make a peace with yourself or do love yourself or you need another partner to practice these feeling,Jesus's teaching is for everyone you will follow and your enemy will follow then you will exchange the peaceful feeling.
The god's message to human is peace and love not to hate and revenge,if you think the relegion who permit you to revenge and kill is the right one because it's matching human's nature you are wrong,this religion won't heal your heart that has the evil thoughts,Jesus message is to heal human's heart from inside and replace the evil by love and peace.
you afraid if you practiced these feeling your enemy will attack you and you have to defend yourself but you didn't think that if your enemy is following Jesus's teaching will also get rid from hating you and both you will live in peace.
The problem of Muhammed that he came after Jesus and returned back to Jungle's law "eye by eye..." not even completed what Jesus started but totally neglected...and raised all human's instincts...sex,revenge,kill,fight...etc even paradise in Islam Muhammed turned to Brothel in God's presence....all developed countries are afraid of Islam when they discovered the core of its teaching.
Jesus said "I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty(John 6:35).
