Do not make any mistake. As long as those nations are paying "debts" they are Rothschild controlled. Debt financing is a Rothschild baby.
IMF controls all of them. Together with Bank for Internatonal Settlement, all based in Geneva. Without those banks, those nations would not be able to import or export anything.
