For those who find it hard to get hold of you can make your own.
My recipe is:
50 grammes Roasted sesame seeds
15 ml Olive oil
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
black pepper
1 Clove smashed with hammer or rolling pin
1 Crushed garlic clove
25 mls Dahi ( cultured live plain yoghourt )
Salt to Taste
Place all ingredients in a blender till it resembles thin paste. Transfer to jar and keep in fridge for 2 weeks max.
