Mix 1 cup bisquick, 1/2 cup milk, 1 egg,2 TBlSP oil, and 1 can cream corn.
Pour half in well greased casserole dish. Put 1 can of chopped green chilis on top of that. Then 2 lbs of shredded monterey jack cheese. pour remaining batter on top. Spread to cover.
Bake at 375 F. About 45 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
