Sugar is an important part of your diet. It comes in many natural forms such as fruit and honey.

When you eat food like rice, pasta or bread (carbohydrates) your body turns this into sugar to give you energy. It does this slowly so you are not hungry for a long time.

Eating lots of processed, white sugar is not good for you. It's bad for your health.

Coca-cola contains between 9 and 11 teaspoons of sugar per can/bottle - a lot.

On the other hand you could die in a terrible car accident because of a Sharm taxi driver.
