can anyone tell me what you use pickles lemons for . i have a friend who just opened a market and takeout and he had them in his store. so i bought some. any ideas

you just eat them like normal pickles.

In a side plate along with pickled chillies and olives as an accompaniment to food.

Love pickles but hate the pickled lemons though

We sure love acquired tastes [Big Grin] a small recommendation here is to eat these pickled lemons with say basmati rice. For a spoonful of rice just cut off a small bite worth of pickled lemon. Keep in mind the proper way to eat this is by using your fingers. Go baladi and just tear bits of the lemon and eat it with food like chicken, rice, etc.

thanks you guys. i thought you can put them in a recipe. like stuffing them in a baked chicken or something like that
