As the daughter of one of Hollywood's most surgically-enhanced stars, Chastity Bono long ago decided to take a very different approach to her own body.
Now, at last, it appears that Cher is learning to live with her daughter's more relaxed views about weight.
Chastity, who is thought to be around 18 stone, and her mother were spotted after enjoying lunch in the Hollywood sunshine.

How much is 18 stone? I wonder if a stomach-stapling operation would help her in losing weight?
She's a lesbian too btw but you probably can already guess from the way she dresses.

thats 252 pounds of flab or about 115kg....not healthy at all....she is asking for trouble further down the line if she doesnt get weight off.....the mother still looks good though...amazing what money and plastic surgery can go......on a positive note...the daughter is at least natural
