do you have a favourite food? i need something new to make this weekend and need ideas. if you have a fab recipe, help me out!

halloumi cheese kebabs!

marinate chunks of halloumi cheese in olive oil, lime juice, lemon juice, garlic, black pepper, bay leaves, thyme and rosemary

also add to the marinade chunks of red onions, yellow and red peppers, slices of courgettes, and plums and tomatoes.

place all the pieces on skewers and either grill or BBQ
