Two women who worked together and whose children went to the same school have just found out they are sisters.
Debbie Day and Marilyn Morris have been emotionally reunited after more than 30 years apart.
The two women both worked in a Tesco store for more than a year when they were teenagers but did not realise they were siblings.
Sister reunion: After 30 years apart, Marilyn Morris, Debbie Day and Sally Griffiths are reunited
When they were older their children also attended Worle School at the same time but did not know they were cousins.
Debbie, 44, was adopted when she was little while her two older sisters Marilyn and Sally Anne Griffiths stayed with their natural parents.
Eight years ago Debbie and Sally were reunited after Sally, 46, found out where she lived with the help of the Salvation Army.
But because Sally and Marilyn, 45, lost contact when they were teenagers they did not know where the other was living until about a year ago.
All three sisters amazingly live within a mile or two of each other in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset.
Debbie, who lives with her husband Rob and their three children, said: 'I couldn't believe it when I first met Marilyn and realised how alike we are.
'It was so shocking when we realised we had worked together about 20 years ago.'
She added: 'While we were at Tesco we realised we were similar and I thought there was a bit of a connection but I never imagined Marilyn was my sister.
'We all live only a few miles apart, which is amazing considering only eight years ago I didn't even know where my two sisters lived.'
Marilyn, also a mum-of-three who lives in Locking Castle, Weston, said: 'Debbie and I look so alike, we were over the moon when we realised we were sisters.
'Our children were all so excited when they realised they were cousins and they get on really well.'
The three delighted sisters have now met up to celebrate the anniversary of when Debbie and Sally first met.
