تمكنت قوات أمن الموانئ بمطار الغردقة الدولى بالتعاون مع القوات المسلحة صباح اليوم، من إحباط محاولة إدخال عدد من الأسلحة الآلية والذخيرة الحية إلى داخل البلاد عن طريق مطار الغردقة الدولى، حاول ثلاثة ألمان إدخالها إلى البلاد.
كشفت التحقيقات عن أن 3 أجانب ألمان حاولوا صباح اليوم إدخال الأسلحة وتمكنت قوات أمن المطار من ضبط 3 بنادق آلية و4 مخازن مملوءة وعدد 500 طلقة من نفس السلاح. كما تم ضبط عدد 2 طبنجة (جلوب)9 مم و2 خزنة و200 طلقة وعدد 2 سترة واقية.
اعترف الألمان الثلاثة بحوزتهم للمضبوطات وقالوا إنهم يعملون بشركة أمن ألمانية وأنهم جاءوا لتأمين مركب سياحية ستصل ميناء سفاجا يوم 11 من مايو الحالى وأنهم أحضروا الأسلحة بغرض تأمين المركب السياحية "فينيسيا" من القرصنة فى البحر أثناء توجهها إلى سيريلانكا، لكنهم لم يبرروا عدم حملهم تصاريح أمنية لهذه الأسلحة.

I pointed this out in the religion forum. When Muslims/Arabs commit a crime they are sensationalized in the press. This incident involving 3 Germans bringing in FOUR machine guns, 3 guns, with 700 rounds of ammo is not even in the Western news.
Yet when a harmless Egyptian man at German airport disappeared it was all over western media and a Terrorist alert was put in place.

Cairo - Three Germans were detained at the airport in Egypt's Red Sea city of Hurghada for allegedly trying to smuggle weapons and ammunition into the country, security sources said Monday.
Airport security confiscated three machine guns with 500 rounds of ammunition, two pistols and 200 bullets, as well as two bulletproof jackets.
The sources said the three men, who did not have permits for the weapons, said they work for a security company and carried the guns to secure a tourist ferry against pirates when it leaves Egypt for Sri Lanka.
