^Blacks have engaged in immoral and deviant behavior since times immemorial. The reason why you don't hear it as often is because it is taboo to speak on or admit to such conduct in Black communities. Interestingly, you find a very different approach with Whites, who prefer transparency. Case in point, Whites expose and repudiate paedophiles. However, in Black communities, such a relationship is not viewed as paedophilia. And this is especially true in the West Indies, where an adult and child relationship is considered normal.
