Damn!! you guys are ignorant. As of 2011 Neandertals did NOT admix with Africans leaving Africa or Africans who migrated to Europe.

The genetic divesity of the Human Leucocyte Antigen Complex in African populations poses practical challenges for the design of T cell vacines and organ transplantation.Non Africans because they have lesser genetic diversity in their HLA system benefit from T cell vaccines and organ transplantation.There are advantages and disadvantages in any geograhic group or system,in these threads we should try to educate sometimes rather than denigrate all the time.

Fool, whites have virtually no immunity system which is why England had so many devastating diseases, and the primary reason why you sunburn and get skin cancer. Your immunity systems went south with your melanin content, as is true with any ALBINO.
Neanderthals added some help with your compromised systems, but still no where need where blacks are. This is the reason why blacks don't get skin cancer even in extreme UV/heat environments such as Panama where the temp can be as high as 115 degrees. Not to mention, Neanderthal immunity was still far inferior to a modern Africans.
