What Is A "Native African" ? Do you have to be born on the Motherland or do you have to be made of Native Seed or do you have to have been weaved in a African woman's womb?

"Native African" just a made-up colonial term used by the white invaders on the African continent distinguish between "Europeans"(settlers as in Kenya, Zimbabwe, and South Africa", "Indians"(imported from India into Kenya, Uganda, and South Africa) during the colonial era without any say-so from local Africans.
There were signs in British-colonised Africa that read "Native Entrance". In South Africa there were signs that read "Europeans", "Coloureds", and "Natives" or sometimes "Bantu".
Africans transported to the Western Hemisphere were simply called "negres"(French) or "negroes"(English, Spanish and Portugese") after being titled with the names of their plantation owners--which they still cling to.
