obviously North American indians are a very small population and would have no hope of taking back America.
However Blacks and Mexicans have significant numbers and some are armed. With whites gone their would be access to powerful militrary weapons also.
Setting aside semantics of what is "Hispanic" we know there are a lot of Mexicans in the above Hispanic map. Maybe there would be a split into two countries, the East and South East would be primarily Black and the West and South West primarily Mexican based on existing demographics. But if whites died off large sections of the counry would become up for grabs. It's also possible the Mexican or Chinese military might try to step in and take over if all the white people in the world died off. Or the whole thing could go down in some peaceful democratic process.
What do you think is the most likely scenario to actually happen?

Albinos are INSANE, and Albinos due to their INSANITY are SUICIDAL.
Today, Albinos have the highest SUICIDE by handgun incident rate in the US, being at least 3 magnitudes higher than any other group. As all are aware, Albinos also have the distinction of being the greatest mass murders on the planet.

So, with the question of all whites on the planet being killed, you can bet the same incident that killed them all (NUKES, BIOWEAPONS, etc.) very likely killed aa large portion of the non-Albino population also.

Mexico would intervene in the South and West, and Canada would take over the North. I am sure there are certain contingency plans in place in the event of a complete break-down of American society. Black neighborhoods would be cordoned off to keep Negros from venturing out.

my scenario is that all whites in the entire world had died off, that includes Canada so rethink your answer. Mexico probably couldn't control the whole North American region they can't even stop the drug cartels. Anyway the white element of Mexicans would have died off so they would not be at full strength.
China on the other hand if they wanted to could take over. There would be all sorts of military hardware they would want to grab up

China has the largest number of soldiers by far in the world and after white countries the most miltary hardware. So why would blacks in America and Europe rule the world? Likely they would be busy at war with Mexicans in the U.S. and Asians in Europe. A virus that affected "white" people would very likely affect those who possessed some element of "white" DNA such as mulattoes (YOU and perhaps, Obama), Turks, Arabs, African Albinos, Jews, most of Mexico, Puerto Rico, what's left of the Native Americans (FAKES), etc.
What would follow in America is civil war between those Negroes, Hispanics and Asians who formerly served Whites in the government, police force and military and those other people of color who have always differed with the White philosophy(s).

Africa aside, some blacks might hope that in this white people have died off power vacuum scenario that black people would take over America's nuclear arsonal and other weapons and take over the rest of the word this way or at least become autonomous in America or part of America.

I don't know where the nuclear bases are but Mexicans would probably also be trying to take control of these bases, especially in their territory
There might also be a lot of inter ethnic power struggles, gangs and so on
