See what he says in Congress advocating the end of slavery.
In a speech in the House of Representatives in 1879, said that Brazil needed urgently abolition to constitute a nationality appropriate based on the European immigrant, the owner of a "Caucasian blood, lively, energetic and healthy."

Brazil is an hypocrite racist country. They free the black slave in Brazil and they didn't compensate them. The Brazilian racist ban black immigration and they allowed European to migrate in Brazil to get the good job and make money.
The same thing happen in the USA after the slave were free, they didn't get any compensation and European immigrant were allowed to come in the USA to get jobs and make money.
The European created a racist system in the Americas to benefit white American and white European. Black people are suppose to be at the bottom in that system. There are small number of rich and successful black in the Euro racist system.
The last center of black power is the African continent like the center of Asian power is East Asia. I want a stable and rich Africa with an economic union like the EU, a strong international currency like the euro. An Africa with a strong stock market, strong corporation and strong industries. This is a global economy were black people can live in the Carribean, Brazil and USA and invest their money in African corporation and real estate.

Seriously? Is this really a shock to anybody? Over the last 500 years whites have been on a genocidal and homicidal rampage all over the earth to kill off indigenous blacks and replace them with mixed breeds or non black people. Where did this not happen? So how would anyone be surprised by this? Blacks are the only threat to white skin supremacy and therefore must be eliminated. It is only common sense. After all the made the movie "Boys in Brazil" for a reason. Some people see the truth but miss the point.

True Doug the white European has been a killing beast or machine over the last 500 years. In the white European colonial era they genocided Native American, African, Asian and Australian people. White European created the most barbaric and bestial form of slavery in the history of humanity call racist chattel slavery. White people are intolerant they don't want to live in peace with native people, they mass murdered the native people and stole their lands and mines.
The African, Native American and Indian ruling classes failed to predicted, recognized and stop the white European threat in the early colonial era and allowed them to take control of most of the world. White European are still mass murdering indigenous people and destroying Native people countries in their war on terror, humanitarian wars and democracy wars.
It is time for African countries to create a strong economic union, a strong world currency, stong industries, strong stock markets and corporations. We need a multipolar world were African, Asian and Latin American countries balance the power of white imperialist countries.
