Just Because a Haplogroup that is generally attributed to Europeans is found among African or non European populations doesn't automatically mean that the non European population are the original people of that genetic lineage.

Likewise just because a haplogroup lineage contains a majority of Europeans, doesn't mean that European people are the originators of it.

The science of genetics are a lot more complex than that and the origin of different haplogroup lineages is something that is constantly and rigorously studied. We can't make lazy assumptions about haplography and genetics without applying rigorous methods to our analysis and expect them to be true and remain true.
