Well first I read the info on your site lets go into some biblical mistakes of understanding
under your category "Those that dispute that Moses wrote the Pentateuch give as reasons.
Seems like these REASONS are based off of YOUR own REASONS
Your 12 reasons can be EASILY EXPLAINED if YOU think the scripture CONTRADICTS itself then your wrong, for example reason number 2
2. In the story of the Flood, one passage has Noah collecting two of each species while another passage states that he collected 14.
lets go over this slowly huh!
Gen chp 6 verse 19 says "And of every living thing of all flesh, two of every sort shalt thou bring into the ark"
then in Chp 7 the Hebrews go into more tailed info telling us that
Gen 7 v 2 - "Of every clean beast thou shalt take to thee by sevens, the male and his female: and of beasts that are not clean by two, the male and his female"
More detailed info in Chp 7 if you are not aware a clean beast would be cattle, goats etc so 7 male goats and 7 female goats
unclean beast example snakes 1 male 1 female from different species
Second part of the flood story. this is what you said "One verse describes water coming from the heavens and from below the ground; another describes all of the water falling as rain. The duration of the rain differs between two verses.

The first direct observations of deepsea springs, or their mineralized vents, appear to have been made on the Mid-Atlantic Ridge by Project FAMOUS in 1973. Spectacular hot springs were then discovered on the Galapagos Rift in the Pacific Ocean by the 23-foot long submersible Alvin in 1977. Alvin also explored, photographed and sampled hot springs on the East Pacific Rise just south of the Gulf of California in 1979. The research continues.
Several nontechnical magazine reports present photographs and descriptions of these recently discovered seafloor springs. The Galapagos Rift springs are described in the November 1979 issue of National Geographic.

So in other words During the Flood Rain water fell from the sky and Water came up from the ocean floor these springs are called Ocean springs or hydrothermal vents that Flooded the EARTH.
