DEMOCRATIC DOWN BALLOT VOTING
The strategy of "Down Ballot Voting" speaks to voting for local candidates/ballot measures that fall below the presidential (national) ticket. As the saying goes, "ALL POLITICS IS LOCAL".
In exchange for our vote, ADOS DMV is demanding that candidates are in favor of reparations (first as cash payments) for American Descendants of Slavery, and have a black agenda for generational programs and set asides that will repair long standing inequalities in areas such as housing, education, health care, employment, criminal justice, community infrastructure, banking, business, etc.
So...Why "Democratic" Down Ballot?
Since 1964, the Democratic Party has overwhelming received Black America's vote!
We have been the most loyal voting block for this party for about 50 years.
"NO BLACK AGENDA NO BLACK VOTE"
Forces the Democratic Party to meet the demands of a black agenda. We will leverage our vote for legislation policies specific for ADOS Communities.

It's like when fearful detractors were trying to convince out of touch Blks that ADOS was Russian bots. Only idiots or malicious disinformers with anti-ADOS agenda proliferate #ADOS as Carnell & Moore and YouTube viewing enthusiasts.
The opening post proves that false. It's by one of dozens of #ADOS chapters, in this case the 3 state and DC DelMarVa chpt ADOS DMV, as does the #ADOS related Black Civics podsite also in the OP.
Not to forget chaptering started even before the Oct 1999 ADOS conference with several universities forming theirs.
California had a chapter that already went 501(c)(4) before Carnell announced intentions of making a HQ and going 501c4. Some of those #ADOS pages are still in GOOGLE's cache. They called themselves the AMERICAN D.O.S. INSTITUTE.
#ADOS in Bay area California saw it through and with last minute help from celebrity Ice Cube contacting the governor that state is now the first to have Reparations planning as official legal state policy.
#ADOS in California has proven an effective political org for the "American Negro" (excuse me, put that indubitably defines the ethnic group who were the only African/Black Americans known until recent blk arrivals began making good or better of off the legal social gains American Negroes fought for and attained over the last 150 years only to see everyone but themselves benefit from civil rights acts, affirmative action etc. American Negroes go overlooked in favor of minorities; white gay men, white women, Asians, and supposedly non- white immigrants regardless if white or of privileged class in their countries of origin.
Now American Negroes can't even land lead roles in movies about their own history. American Negoes have been led to feel a Luo-Irish 1st generation American makes for an American Negro president. They are led to believe a person born in the USA of Jamaican and Hindu parentage is the same thing as an American Negro woman. This is a consequence of being stripped of language religious faith and family name.
#ADOS offers the first rational objective identifier for the trans-generational kidnapp origin people who contributed to the building of America as slaves without payment.
Fear of being shipped to Africa caused American Negores to reject African identity. Being of multiple ancestries affecting their complexion they settled on being 'coloured people' then Negroes then Black American then Afro-American then African American and Black American. Nigger is one identifier that remained for centuries and now the most common among the younger generations who love and proudly brandish the hateful pejorative slur in mixed company whereas other American ethnies reserve their individual epitaphs for members only usage.
Because black is a color it was a poor choice of ethnic identifier but American Negroes took it on because for so long black was as anathema to them as it is for 'mainstream' society.
Dr Martin Luther King referred to the American Negro as descendents of slavery. Over 50 years later Carnell & Moore have successfully pushed that ID and the call for the American government to as Dr King implied cut the checks due unpaid laborers' descendants demand payment plus interest and institutions to address impairments due to slavery, anti-Reconstruction, unofficial segregation, official Jim Crow legal system and its 'subtle' continuance today's 'integrated' Jim Crow Jr policies.
At last American Negroes have a progressive option that doesn't involve 'militant' rhetoric, adherence to a faith few American Negroes hold, unacceptable forms of governing like communism and socialism, dedication to Africa/Africans/non-domestic mores pseudo-holidays, languages, etc. an option that focuses directly on that which is the root of their problem as America's bottom caste freedmen.
Many Carribeans and Africans not looking to siphon anything away from American Negroes are $$$ contributing allies of #ADOS. Blind agents NOT. Born and raised in the USA I'm not African American, I'm Mauritanian/ Senegalese-American. Only American Negroes stripped of language, faith, and name are the African American. Then you had white South African Afrikaaners et al lay claim African American benefits.
Barbs against The Republic of New Afrika member for instance stem from ignorance yet the fact remains RNA failed. If the condition has remained the same or worsened except for mostly celebrities and athletes escaping some caste debilities then something new and different needs trying out. Maybe it'll work.
I align with #ADOS because my forward generations are half and will more than half American Negro in the future. Having seen movements come and go for over 50 years I find Carnell&Moore one good addition to the independent minded Struggle to lift American Negroes out of the American systemic bipartisan bottom caste pit in a down to earth political approach.
