So being brown is a hindrance in the British government? I'm not I entirely agree with Dr.Mos-shogbamimu, sense white Britain run the show they can appoint any figurehead regardless of gender or color.

I can think of a lot of foreign occupiers who lead countries by force.
but who are and were the notable leaders of countries who do not come from the country they lead yet were democratically elected?

So you are saying if somebody voted for Rishi Sunak they would get the same policy positions as Liz Truss but just with more intelligence and competence? That could be true but I dont know about these two
