I am going to Luxor every year, and I would like to come in contact to some Egytian people in Luxor.Next time I come with my friend in April.

If you come to Luxor regularly then you might be interested in Keefy's Luxor related forum (which is not in competition with the general Egypt based ones. Most of the posters on the forum live in Luxor and have Egyptian partners. http://www.Luxor4u.comPosts: 2235 | From: Jail | Registered: Jun 2004

Try bringing some stuff over that a local school might appreciate and then asking to visit one. I am sure the teacher would be only to happy to get to know you.
If you get away from the tourist areas and enquire about something you often make good contacts that way.
Also the guide/taxi driver etc that you use. Ask them about their life, give them a gift for their children. something small like a decent pen would be enough. Silly things like balloons.
Taking an interest in a local can spark a great friendship.
