For Sharm there are snorkelling trips by boat to Ras Mohammed and Theran Island. They are a nice, fun day out and with great lunches but if you are like me and like to spend hours in the water unrushed and in a world of your own, then I would always recommend going from the beaches. any specifics for marsa asalam or dahab. hurghada is dead, i have been here snorkeling for 4 months you can t see anything that is edible size.
