I have just come back from a holiday in Sharm El Sheik, Egypt after loving the country i have found a property that i wish to buy which i will rent out some part of the year and also use the other part of the year. I am hoping someone who may of purchased a property in Egypt can advise how to do this.
Do i only need a lawyer in Egypt or one in the uk only.

I own a property in Sharm and yes you need an Egyptian lawyer before you do anything for your own protection, just the same as you would in the UK. I can recommend one to you if you post an email address and I may be able to answer a few more questions for you.
