Hi,

You can find listings of apartments for sale on edar.com and betna.com (and they are
written in English).

Good luck

There is a rumour going about at the moment that in 2OO5 tourists will not be allowed to buy their own property or own cars. Certainly the government has just recently introduced a new tax on properties owned by tourists. It might be worth your while investigating this further, as it might be better for you to rent. You might be able to get some information from the Egyptian embassy in your own country, although in my experience of them, they dont know anything either. Charlie.
