can anyone tell me how far cairo alex road is from agouza? is it near maadi?

Yaser, that is right to the toll point, but then she did not say where in Alex/Cairo road she she want to get.

The Cairo/Alex desert road is about 230 kms, which may take up to two hours and half hours to get to the other end..!

It could be near Maadi if you take the Muneeb bridge from the corniche up till you reach the Alex desert road exit..that's about 15 mins max...
