You know, it's hard to think of greater inventions made than the ones above so I'm going to go on a different route. What do I think is one of many greatest inventions of all time? This is simple but it has some history to it.......
The toothbrush!
It was invented in 1498 for the emporer of China. It was made of hog bristles on a bone. Before that people used twigs, wood, their fingers and later on using baking soda and salt. Now look at it. We have variations of soft, medium and hard bristles and every shape and extra little features you could think of. Best of all, the sonicare electric toothbrush. So there you have it, it came from using our fingers to an electric $120.00 elite toothbrush.

The zipper was a grand invention.Cant say its progressed much though. Black box thingy in planes? Thats a pretty good one www.weird-websites.com/justweird/inventions
