Growing up, i never liked molokhiyya. It wasn't until I had it at Abou Ilseed (bil sodfa) about 5 years ago that I fell in love with it. They don't do it the traditional way ... not too heavy (garlic-wise) nor slimy. It was just perfect. I have since had numerous molokhiyya haters revert to becoming molokhiyya addicts. I highly recommend abo ilseed's molokhiyya with chicken.
