One has a duty to ones subjects and one has organised a little mini tour of one's commonwealth. So one wont be able to offer one's advice for approximately one week. One will be arranging quaint afternoon soiree's at the various embassies for regal guests, diplomats, presidents and first ladies. Obviously the opportunity for one to meet one's loyal subjects will be severely restricted due to palace protocol, and therefore you are invited to attend the organised walkabouts ( dressed of course in one's finest clothing ) which will be announced by heraldic trumpet fanfare, outside carefully selected hospitals and hospices. For the press I will be taking a selection of pastel shades in lemon and green, with matching hats and accessories. One would ask that one does not make any attempt to shake one's hand during these walkabouts, as on a previous walkabout my silk gloves became stained with all sorts of strange and odourous marks which to this day have been difficult to remove. One's husband will not be accompanying one on the tour as one will be interviewing a new room maid called Kosharitobacco or something like that and has to be in Amsterdam. One looks forward to meeting one's subject at not too close quarters over the next week. Tally Ho !
