I love this so much and find I can make it at home and it tastes just as good as those we order/or eat out.
This way of cooking fish in alexandria and they call it (sengari) but here in cairo we add some herbs to it like Rosemary and ginger and carefull you have to rabe it all over with foil otherwise will be burn..... mmmmmmhh

well im alone to night , and not much interest to cook, So ive got a couple of ideas, Jacket pototoes with cheese and coleslaw, and a ham salade. or chicken cor don blue, and salad, yes i know, its boring, but , i hate supermarkets in holland, no choice,
