Does any one know where there are some Orphanage's in Cairo or even Alex?? I have some people that want to give zakat to a orphanage in egypt.

This is the SOS Children's village in Alexandria, there are villages also in Cairo and Tanta. I support the one in Alex since this is the town of my dh.

There is no adress on the village in Alex, it is just outside Alex on the road to Cairo. As a regular donor I had to fill in which vilagge I wanted to support, maybe you could call and ask them how to adress your money in case you donate just this once.
It is originally a German organisation intiated by Hermann Gmeiner and they have just a care-ideology, no specific religion involved. In the Netherlands the organisation is promoted and chaired by members of the royal family
