I have a 3 year old daughter, I speak English to her and her dad speaks Arabic, but she speaks Arabic most of the time and only speaks English when I tell her to and struggles a bit to form the sentences. Does anyone know if there are classes for kids in maadi to improve her english, but not pre-schools, and not too expensive. Anyone else had the same problem? What did you do?

I think a playgroup would be the right choice for you (it will cost you nada). Your daughter will improve her language skills and you'll both make new friends.
Contact the CSA, The Maadi Community Church, post an ad in the Maadi Messenger and in supermarkets which are frequently visited by other English speaking expats.
I know the need is out there and I am pretty sure you'll get lucky. If not start an own playgroup and advertise - you can do so also here on ES.
