Anyone had any fist-hand success with a gps system in Egypt?

I know the road maps aren't usually accurate/current but is it useful at all?

Anybody with first hand experience?

They functionally work fine, you will need to load/make your own street maps though.

I worked on creating my own while living there but haven't touched it in months:
