i tried it when my son was here visiting his gf had one and i loved it.but they are so expensive...

A girl I know bought the kit and it worked for her, she was raving about it, so I bought it and I am ashamed to say I have not really given it a go [Confused] Now you have brought it up I will need to fish it out and give it a serious go!
Funnily enough I was watching 'The Tourist' tonight and Johnny Depp's character was smoking one [Wink]

My old roommate tried to quit smoking using them, but I think it is more of a novelty that you get bored with more than an addiction breaker.
