Someone just told me that H1 will reopen again in 2 days so not 100% sure of the story. Obviously it wasn't the total destruction we have been getting on the rumour mill over here.
OK fresh information - apparently the grocery section is open but the upper floor is closed.
Apparently Carrefour ALEX has been ransacked.

Thanks Shanta. I am fine, are you still here? I have been quite surprised that so many of the people I know have left, even when not actually ordered to by their company etc.But heard a few worrying reports from Cairo.
