I don't think Paypal works in Egypt, I looked into it once for myself when I was there. But maybe I'm wrong. You could use the money to buy online but not to get cash at an ATM.

I mean ATM in Egypt to get cash. Can't be done.
Sure it can.I´ve done it several times when i run out of cash there.In fact,most 4 to 5 stars hotels have ATM machines in their grounds.

EVERYBODY... If you are really serious about sending hitman money, how about just sending the money to Egypt through Western Union or Moneygram?

Hm, I only use PayPal when bying online but when you get refunds they will show on my credit card. So if you receive money, could it also go to your credit card??? I've no bank account added in PayPal anyway, only a credit card.
