Hi,

as me and my flatmates are leaving very soon our apartment will be available for rent (agreed with landlady). So here you have more details:

TIME
For sure from 11 of February (maybe 1 room with 2 beds a little bit earlier).

LOCATION
Darih Saad St. in front of Misr petrol station At Qasr Al Aini (10 min walking from AUC)
close to metro : 10 min to Sadat, 5 min to Saad Zagloul

APARTMENT
2 bedrooms (1 room with double bed, 1 room with 2 beds)
leaving room - small TV, phone (you can use internet)
kitchen - equiped, new fridge
bathroom - shower, new washing mashine
no AC - Fans (saves a lot of electricity -> money)
NO DUST!

no restriction about guys and girls staying together

nice landlady, speaks english

rent: 1525 LE (probably will stay the same)

Hi Agnieszka,

Would your lanlady be interested to rent a room in that flat for 10 days for an English female tourist? If yes please let me know via my email.

A friend of mine who is coming to Cairo on the 27th would like to rent a flat or share for 10 days and she prefer a falt not hotel.
