But you cannot compare real estate in the city of port said with real estate in down town cairo. It is as if you were comparing real estate prices in zamalek to real estate prices in embaby or kit kat? does that make any sense?
This seems to be a very good price for a cairo downtown appartment , but will really depend on the state of the building and it's exact location.
