why not teach english as spoken in england ? the americans are not as "experinced" as us english in speaking english, we have hundreds more years of "experience" in the subject, err.. if you see what i mean.

Maybe he/she means the accent. Because most foriegn people don't want to learn british english. It's too hard and it's not what's used in most movies and t.v shows.

And do I detect a little hateration for the americans?
