I've used this driver a few times and thought I would share his information in case anyone else can use him. He speaks excellent English and his car is always very well kept, roomy, and clean. He has a 2006 or 2007 Hyundai Verna (not sure really). He will drive you pretty much anywhere in and around Cairo all day from about 9:00 am until 9:00 pm and his fee is 100 LE for the day plus petrol.
I had some friends from the UK that came a few weeks ago and he drove them for about a week. One of the days he drove them from about 10 am until 5 pm and then went back to pick them up at about 1:30 am to take them to the airport for a 3:00 am flight to Luxor (this was all considered 1 day). He also has a friend that is a tour guide and they can work together as well.
