Hi

Just a quick question to anyone that has bought in Sunny Lakes.

Did you buy your apartment with access to the roof and if so what type of stair access have you been given, as we have been informed that there might be difficulties to get access to the roof.

Just out of courisity has anyone else measured their rooms sizes to drawings to see if they match up

your access to roof and other areas will be in your contract and must be stated if shared/owned,
as for room/apartment area the developer will include 8-10% comon area ie. stairs /garden ,roof ect, but on this be carefull as some to include a lot more and charge you for this
