Hi Max

You are right prices are rising. The above properties are a fair price and the final price is negotiable.

The building with the dive centre and restaurant have an added plus because they are both licensed.

Cheers

Hubby and me have just bought the most beautifull appartment in El Kawser in Hurghada. 85 square meter, 3 floor for only 10.000 euro. We still need to finish the kitchen but there is no rush because the area is fare from finish so its not super nice to stay there yet. But 10000 euro - WE HAD TO BUY IT. It will be a very very nice area in 1 or 2 years. And not fare away from the "promenade" or our favorite Old Vic beach.

How much did you pay for at your family house??? We both work full time and share all bill at our house incl daycare, close and food for my kids. He gives more than he takes. Can you say the same? You are "bought" to look pretty, give birth to his babies (and then let the nanny raise them) and be sexual avaible.

I was interested in renting something around Hurghada that is nice but a little more affordable than the hotels, and preferably on the sea. Or maybe a good deal hotel package? does anyone know? thanks a lot!

If anyone has property for sale or to rent in the Red Sea or Egypt, we could showcase it for you at the Dive Show, NEC, UK on 1 & 2 November.
If interested please visit our website or contact me directly.

Congratulations on your new place, Tibe. Soon you don't have to stay in hotels anymore and get way more privacy. [Smile]
