I am an Egyptian (never lived in Egypt, don't have the Citizenship) but co-own allot of property that I want to liquidate (Sell) once I buy the rest of the shared off. But most of the property are land/apartment buildings/Villas/Manufacture/storage warehouses/vacation homes, roughly worth over $5M (current market value based on my lousy lawyer's estimate *he is to get fired soon* due to extreme laziness disease he suffers from, lack of integrity and a few unfortunate factors I can't deal with).

I need to liquidate ASAP but since the market is extremely slow and lack liquidity (cash flow) , I was wondering if there is a professional party that can provide me with advice/strategy/alternative or assist me through out such process ?
