The last one is a member of the congress from Minnesotta, Keith Ellison. I know this since his the first Muslim ever in the U.S. congress and Somalis in Minnesotta helped to vote him in.

I have seen the same physical type in Yemen so the phenotype is 'universal' one across North Africa and the Saudi peninsula. Vis a vis country and nation state, it is rare in Syria and Iran meaning it occurs less frequently in said area but amongst the Marsh Arabs in Iraq, it tends to be the norm!

^It could be because of the prevalence of African lineages (even Central African lineages) in Arabia as well as some aboriginal black populations.
