^ And yet ONE-THIRD of European men some of whom are blonde hair and blue-eyed carry African lineages. So what is your point?

E is not the only African clade. A & B and possibly F are too. But this only accounts for the males of the population. What of the females?
quote:this Phd thesis on modern Egyptian mitochondrial DNA concludes 25% African So if we add that to the aforementioned YDNA you get about 65% African uniparentally the mtDNA that is African mainly L3, L2 and M1. So this corresponds to the OP
Yes this makes sense.

the point is for this topic it doesn't matter if someone carries African lineages because obviously modern Egyptians have soem African ancestry, it matters how much. Blue eyed Europeans are irrelevant to the topic. According to Bekeda, Luis and Arredi articles at minimum Modern Egyptians are 65% African minimum and also about 30% ancestry considered Arabian/Levant
Being 65% + African would support the claims of Modern Egyptians being mainly native Egyptian although would not necessarily prove that their African ancestry is all particular to going back to ancient Egypt.
But this data suggests that they are not primary Arab as some people sometimes claim
