"Geneticist See Work Distorted For Racist Ends"
"Nowhere in the agenda of the annual meeting of the American Society of Human Genetics, being held in San Diego this week, is a topic plaguing many of it's members: the recurring appropriation of the field's research in the name of white supremacy."
Like I have said before; I am not prepared to trust the research data and conclusions of white supremacist; including Mormons, Nazis, Neo- Confederates, Neo-Nazis, Eugenicist, the Vatican, Rhodes Scholars and any scientist coming from traditional fascist Universities and Research Centers, such as Max Planck Institute of Human Heredity, Genetics and Eugenics. Why should I? They are cold, calculating liars.

Not to mention they pretend to be against racist ideologies while covering up and denying the fact the very institution of genetics came out of racist ideologies. And therefore to a large degree genetics is still influenced by it no matter how they try and deny it.
At the end of the day all racist claims of inherent white "superiority" are based on historical lies. All of the things they have achieved are primarily built on the theft of resources from, murder and enslavement of many millions of people around the world. If they were "so superior" genetically and if natural selection proves white superiority, then there would only be white people on the planet, naturally. Humans would have started in Europe and civilization would have started there as well. But neither of those things are true, so all they can do is make up "alternate facts" to contradict historical reality.
And the truth is, many times these genetic papers are purposely written in such a way to support this kind of thinking.

Scientists need to be more aware of the racial lens through which some of their basic findings are being filtered, Dr. Novembre says, and do a better job at pointing out how they can be twisted.
Another inconvenient truth is that this cattle tradition in Africa far predates Europe and in fact African cows and Africans were part of the neolithic wave moving into Europe.

Hmmm, need more Blacks in STEM. Lots of youth with social science degrees, and the ability to quote Pedagogy of the Oppressed cover to cover. Need more scientists and mathematicians. I remember when the White Supremacists were lame, backwoods KKK types. They upped their game through science, social media, branding, think tanks and global networks. We still stuck on 1960s rhetoric.

Evergreen, I agree. We need more Blacks in STEM. However, we need to be prepared to lead our youth into primary research activities. Last week I lead a group of youth in a science lab where we were able to make an Egyptian Type "Scepter" that actually created electric energy. It was made by simple materials, wood spoon, copper and zinc washers, paper soaked in salt water, vinegar or lemon juice. We were able to measure the electricity with a electric meter. We also experimented with electro-chemical reactions in cups that resulted in producing energy and electroplating products. After which, the youth learned about how Galvani, Volta and one hundred and fifty French and Italian scientist spent three years exploring the secrets of Ancient Egypt and Nubia with Napoleon Bonaparte. The youth began to connect the dots own their own. We need to set up our own independent science and anthropology institutions.

Yes, that is a part of the scientific method taught in STEM.

The issue isn't the lack of Black folks in STEM necessarily but no utility for the betterment of African people the world over.there isn't any African version of NASA,CDC, banking system or major corporation to develop and distribute African made products.

I'm basically saying their skills will not be use for the betterment of African people because there aren't sufficient Black guided institutions to make the aquired education applicable,in the case of the United States they will help "Americans" but if a hypothetical race war breaks out is there an abundance of trained Black folks to help, save and protect Black people?

How can the skills say a Nigerian is using in Nigeria not better African people or why should Nigeria's institutions need Black American guidance?
BTW the object of war isn't helping & protecting people. The object of war is murder and destruction of infrastructures and industries of the enemy.

I agree and I am optimistic that given the post Red Sea/TransAtlantic slave trade demographic bump we are now seeing in Africa many new STEM students are being born on the continent.

Im not talking about a educated Nigerians improving Nigeria but the one who are fleeing because of the inefficient government and how their skills can be use to improve Black institutions if they exist in what ever country there's a Black population as some continental Africans seem to have problems with Blacks in the U.S which I don't understand as most non Africans will perceive them as any Black American unless they make some distinction.
