To further nudge out the false notion of the ancient Egyptians looking like modern day Horners....Why do just about if not all of the ancient Greco Roman depictions of the both the Kemites and the Nubians show them to be either Nilotic looking or Niger Congo (True Negro)?

They don't look like these modern Horn Africans at all.

Also look at where these early European maps place the "Aethiopian" people at, and also note that they call the modern country of "Ethiopia" as Abyssinia, almost to make a distinction between those modern East Africans, and whom THEY KNEW were true descendants of ancient Northeast African populations.

The maps seems to imply that the modern Bantu areas and West African regions are the current regions of the ancient aEthiopians.

 -

If this is the case then why are Europeans trying to appropriate the latter groups history towards modern Horn Africans? Is this a relic of the old Hamitic Hypothesis?

So you're saying that that the people of the light orange area marked "Ethiopia, Unexplored Regions" are the descendants of the dynastic Egyptians?
However this map is from 1844, might not correspond to much earlier Greek concepts.
Also Herodotus does not call Egyptians "Aethiops"
