I am Canadian living in Cairo, I have bleached blonde hair and I am looking for a toner to tone it down and remove the brassiness. Does anyone know where I can purchase this product. I am looking for Pearl Blonde Toner. Any help is appreciated, salon names, product shops anything [Smile]

yea ,, its easy ... just go to any pharmacy if you want the coloring products ,, also there are tones of saloons that u can go to , most in mohandeseen ,,,

thanks Hitman, I found a salon but she just used pharmacy products so I bought and did my own [Smile]

she wanted 1000L to do what costs me 58L

I was going to suggest pharamcies and also Spinneys and the bigger Metro Markets as they supply a lot of toners and dyes.

Salons here are a nightmare IMO, they are shite and expensive! I never use a salon here, I wait till I travel to the UK to get my hair done now.
