Do any of you just trim it short? A spotty shaven pube is really not attractive.

Totally agree. Most women I know who are with an egy guy have had the "shaven" talk, but really who gives a crap what the man wants, be it culture or his religion. Your hair, your business. Personally, the idea of looking like a little girl freaks me out a bit. And I would slap any man who tried to pressure me into shaving, even if he blamed his culture/religion.

Keeping your nether regions clean of hair does not make one look like a little girl. Trust me. Just like when men clean up theirs...doesn't resemble a little boy. You'd have to have pretty small bits to resemble a child.
Keeping the area clean of hair does make one feel cleaner. That coupled with a normal washing routine.
It shouldn't be done out of pressure though, regardless if it's cultural or religious. However, if either party has really strong feelings on the subject they should consider that before getting married.

But shaving does not make you clean, it makes you shaved.
There are men out there who like their ladies shaved as the ladies are appearing to be sexually immature. It is a perception and a concept only, not an exact resemblance.
In reverse there are men opposed to the idea as the idea of making love to a child disgusts them.
I know girls here who sugar and I know one who currently has a leg full of blisters as it was too hot... lucky she did her legs first !!!! yikes.

If a guy wants a woman shaved to appear sexually immature, that's sick. If he prefers her shaven for other reasons (oral sex), then it's a valid reason. Sorry for being graphic. Same goes for women. I prefer a man to be shaven in that region because it just looks neater plus for reasons I stated above. A big, overgrown bush is not appealing on men or women IMO. Not to harp on about shaving but if you do it regularly you don't get the razor bumps. By regularly I mean nearly every day. The same way a man would shave his face.
I have to say I'm quite obsessive about body hair. I remove all body hair except for the hair on my head and eyebrows. I have done waxing but I don't like it because that means I have to wait until my hair grows out to a certain length to have it waxed. I can't stand it. I don't find it too painful actually. It's time consuming for a full body wax and like I said, you have to grow out your hair quite a bit for waxing to be effective.

i got scabies while i was in mexico a few yrs back.. god they suck.. it made me itch so damn bad i could not stand it.when i got off the plane and back home the first thing i did was go to the dr before i came home. cas everything has to be washed.. and yr bed and all and i did not wanna go thru all that. the meds u have to keep on yr body like a loition for 24 hrs.. it sucks man...

I do t know , here in Egypt we say he had FASH to mean he is infected of FASH . I do not know ,but it always causes very irritating itching , the other things are late stages of this

The body has many defenses against microorganisms. Hair is one of them, since it can physically trap bacteria and prevent it from entering our systems.
Pubic hair can actually ward off infections like BV or yeast, and by shaving it off, you are putting yourself more at risk.
The pubic hair protects against chemicals making contact with the skin.
There have been studies done relating to the shaving they used to do pre-birth - they don't do it any more, because they found that it increased infection risks rather than diminishing them as they thought. It had to do with microscopic trauma to the skin allowing bacteria in.

I'm sorry but I find this so funny. What's funny is the scenario in my mind of ppl sniffing out pheromones. I guess you'd have to be in my head to get the funny in it. I did post a copy of the matter from islam online stating that shaving the pubic hair was essential and Marydot did say it was a Muslim requirement.
I personally have no idea but no doubt it is something else that folk will not agree on.

When did he sleep?
If he went to each wife and had sex with each how could he possibly have time to sleep. How much time did it take to preform with each wife and is it even possible to perform that many times in one night? If he spent an hour with each that is nine hours. Did he wash up before going to the next? That would take more time. Or was it done in assembly line style?

One of Muhammad’s more interesting sexual statements dealt with the amount of times a man can have sex in one day in Paradise.
A man will have intercourse in Paradise with his wives from among al-hoor al-‘iyn and his wives from among the people of this world, if they enter Paradise with him. A man will be given the strength of a hundred men to eat, drink, feel desire and have sexual intercourse. It was narrated from Anas that the Prophet said: "The believer in Paradise will be given such and such strength for sexual intercourse." He said, (it is) saheeh ghareeb). Sunan al-Tirmidhi #2459
…The apostle of Allah said, "Gabriel brought a kettle from which I ate and I was given the power of sexual intercourse to forty men."
…The apostle of Allah was given the power to equal to that of forty men and the people of paradise will be given the power equal to eighty men
…The prophet was granted the power of sexual intercourse to that of forty men.
Ibn Kathir commenting on 56:35-37 says regarding the amount of times a man can have sex in one day in Paradise:
(In Paradise, the believer will be given such and such strength for women.) Anas said, "I asked, `O Allah's Messenger! Will one be able to do that' He said,
(He will be given the strength of a hundred (men).)'' At-Tirmidhi also recorded it and said, "Sahih Gharib.'' Abu Al-Qasim At-Tabarani recorded that Abu Hurayrah said that the Messenger of Allah was asked, "O Allah's Messenger! Will we have sexual intercourse with our wives in Paradise'' He said,
(The man will be able to have sexual intercourse with a hundred virgins in one day.) Al-Hafiz Abu `Abdullah Al-Maqdisi said, "In my view, this Hadith meets the criteria of the Sahih, and Allah knows best.'' Allah's statement,
(`Urub,) Sa`id bin Jubayr reported that Ibn `Abbas said, "They are in an infatuated state with their husbands, haven't you ever seen a she-camel in heat? She is like that.'' Ad-Dahhak reported from Ibn `Abbas who said, "The Urub and their husbands are their sweet hearts, and they are their husbands' sweet hearts.'' Similar was said by `Abdullah bin Sarjis, Mujahid, `Ikrimah, Abu Al-`Aliyah, Yahya bin Abi Kathir, `Atiyah, Al-Hasan, Qatadah, Ad-Dahhak and others. Ad-Dahhak reported from Ibn `Abbas;
Muhammad claimed he was gifted to perform sexually 40 times a day and that men in Paradise can have sex up to 80 or 100 times a day. Do the math - 100 times a day is over four times an hour for 24 hours. That this doesn’t leave much time for anything else does it?

BUT the majority of the 'ummah' use hadith as the second source of Islam, practically joined at the hip with Quran, and some even abandon the Quran and just go by hadith. Some even argue that Quran NEEDS hadith more than the hadith need Quran, I prefer to use Quran as that is the Book Allah gave us, what they do is up to them as im concerned about my soul and I will meet my maker alone in the end.
In hadith there are a lot of common sense things, and a bucket load of crap. If its common sense I will already know it and so should they if they use their brains, as we are all born with that by varying degrees, but those that say the hadith 'explains' Quran can NEVER when questioned tell you what part or verse of Quran a certain hadith DOES explain......because it doesnt at all. Then they tell you you dont understand Arabic

Nothing wrong with watching porn, - just as long as i doesnt get to be an obsession (which is mental roblem) or ruin your normal sexlife. IMO
Women in the porn movies are actresses that does that for money - not for pleasure which they get nothing from as i have heard.
Problem with porn is when you people watch it - like teenagers - they get to think that what happens in porn movies is how it should be in real life - they dont realize that its fiction and that its not normal to have hardcore analsex, oral, whippings everytime your intimate with your partner. They loose the affection and the love. Porn should be only allowed for people above 30 IMO which offcourse is totally imposible.

Thank you, I've lived in Egypt all my life and was taught to speak and write English and French as a second and third language respective to Arabic, all through my schooling years. In university (Faculty of Science), subjects were all in English by default.

w we on the original subject, i have what the call a hollywood, i go to my local salon, i remeber the first time of doing it, it hurst so much.9months pregnant at time. it was worse then giving birth.
then after a while doe snot hurt. i have a high pain threshold, when i am getting it done just think of ex .too busy complaining about him , that i forget what is being done.
i epliate my legs, arms etc, i do not do it for any man or even for islam, i do it because i think it is cleaner etc

look stupid its not like lice and you dont get it from being dirty. if someone has it u get it plain as that.u can sleep in a motel bed and get scabies sit next to someone with them i am a very clean person so u must be gross...

tina do not respond,you canget scabies from touching an infected persons hand. once you have them you cna not get rid just like that, eggs etc cna go below the skin,
it has nothing to do with being clean like head lice,they can infect anyone.
