I am Canadian living in Cairo, I have bleached blonde hair and I am looking for a toner to tone it down and remove the brassiness. Does anyone know where I can purchase this product. I am looking for Pearl Blonde Toner. Any help is appreciated, salon names, product shops anything

yea ,, its easy ... just go to any pharmacy if you want the coloring products ,, also there are tones of saloons that u can go to , most in mohandeseen ,,,

thanks Hitman, I found a salon but she just used pharmacy products so I bought and did my own she wanted 1000L to do what costs me 58L

I was going to suggest pharamcies and also Spinneys and the bigger Metro Markets as they supply a lot of toners and dyes.
Salons here are a nightmare IMO, they are shite and expensive! I never use a salon here, I wait till I travel to the UK to get my hair done now.
