These 2 South Asian population have African admixture that is documented and recent based on Y-DNA/MTdna studies. THe same can be said for most populations in the Arabian peninsula. Calling these folks African is like saying Admixture Latinos are "African". Also the gradient map is old and incorrect. E1b1a does not reach such a high frequency in Somalia.
